So this is YouTube. I had only heard of YouTube prior to starting this course and I admit I was totally wrong...I imagined it to be a small(!) collection of somewhat stupid and maybe dirty video clips that people with nothing to do posted on the internet so their friends could watch. How wrong I was!
I am converted. YouTube could be used in the classroom in a variety of ways - by students and teachers. It is amazing to see there are clips of almost anything you'd want to look at or use as part of a project or lesson on any subject whatsoever. Just as long as the teacher is able to provide guidance in researching for material that students might be downloading.
